The preconditions for signing a new partnership agreement of Azerbaijan with the European Union (EU) should be the absence of political prisoners in the country and the respect for human rights, the opposition has stated. Investigators have failed to reveal any information about the detained chairman of the Ingush Council of Teips, Malsag Uzhakhov, Djabrail Kuriev, Uzhakhov's advocate, has informed. Before his detention Malsag was going to voluntarily appear at the police, said his son, Ruslan Uzhakhov.
