EU observers report about installation of a barrier near Georgian village
In Georgia, a barbed wire installation has been under way near the border village of Atotsi for several days, the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) reports. Audience finds film "Not Guilty" important for reassessing attitude toward Caucasians
The screening of the film by Andzor Emkuzh, a director from Kabardino-Balkaria, excited the audience. ECtHR finds violation of Azerbaijani journalist's rights
