Chechen law enforcers punish authors of inscriptions on road bumpers

Azerbaijan accuses Armenia of shelling on NAR border

Three Dagestani residents detained on suspicion of blood feud motivated murder
Three residents of Dagestan have been detained on suspicion of organizing a kidnapping and killing a citizen of Tajikistan; a resident of the Moscow Region has been detained with them. According to investigators, blood feud was the motive for committing the crime.

Renewed hostilities have no affect on dwelling settlements in Azerbaijani Kelbadjar District
The forced migrants have not yet returned to the border villages of the Kelbadjar District, which came under Azerbaijan's control after the 2020 war; therefore, the hostilities there are no threat for civilians. This was stated by Avaz Gasanov, the head of the Society for Humanitarian Studies, and Bakhruz Bairamov, a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association.

Armenian analysts suggest reasons for local hostilities near Gegarkunik and Eraskh
