Russian human rights activists establish Public Commission on Chechnya for defending its residents' rights
Activists of ten NGOs from different regions of Russia have announced establishment of the Public Commission on Chechnya, which will have its main tasks in defending victims of torture and inhuman treatment and bringing those guilty of rough violations of human rights or of failure to take the necessary measures to prevent such violations and punish for them to responsibility.

Georgian MPs pass amnesty of drug addicts
On November 20, the Georgian parliament unanimously (86 votes) adopted, at its plenary session, the Law "On Amnesty", which assumes to halve the punishment for the people imprisoned for drug using. The current legislation provides up to 10 years of imprisonment for drug using.

Armenia starts month's campaign in defence of invalids' rights

Not only Dagestan natives are suspected of mass hazing in Baltic Fleet
The Military Investigatory Department for the Baltic Fleet continues its investigation of numerous cases of non-statutory relations in the military unit deployed in the city of Pionerskiy, Kaliningrad region. The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump. The meeting of Trump, Aliyev and Pashinyan took place on August 8 in Washington. Following the meeting, Pashinyan and Aliyev also signed a joint declaration. In addition to the agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Trump signed a number of separate memoranda with Aliyev and Pashinyan....
