MIA denies that man detained in Rostov Airport is internal troop serviceman
The man detained at the airport of Rostov-on-Don on whom thunder flashes were found is not a serviceman of the internal troops: he had documents of an army captain with him. This was stated by Vasily Panchenkov, head of the press service of the Internal Troops of the Ministry on Internal Affairs (MIA) of Russia.

Azerbaijan: leader of opposition party cannot get his foreign passport
For five years already, Ali Kerimli, leader of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), cannot receive his foreign passport, and, therefore, cannot go abroad. This point, as reported by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, was discussed on February 14 at the roundtable held at the office of the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety (IRFS).

Stavropol OMON fighters suffer in special operation on Karachay-Cherkessian border
Details are becoming known of the special operation conducted on the administrative border of the Stavropol Territory and Karachay-Cherkessia, near the village of Belomechetskaya. In the course of the operation, four fighters of the OMON (Special Militia) of the Stavropol Territory received heavy gunshot wounds, one serviceman was lost. Power agents of Karachay-Cherkessia have no losses or victims.

The ICRF does not rule out that Vitaly Razdobudsko could be the suicide bomber who committed the terror acts on February 14 near the militia post in the Dagestani village of Gubden; while the terror act committed three hours earlier in the same village near the militia station - was the work of his wife Maria Khorosheva. Female suicide bomber commits terror act in Dagestan, killing people
Tonight, an explosion was triggered near the township militia division in the Karabudakhkent District, Dagestan, and killed a soldier from the interior troops of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA); several more persons were wounded. The “Caucasian Knot" publishes the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which was initialed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8, 2025, through the mediation of US President Donald Trump. The meeting of Trump, Aliyev and Pashinyan took place on August 8 in Washington. Following the meeting, Pashinyan and Aliyev also signed a joint declaration. In addition to the agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Trump signed a number of separate memoranda with Aliyev and Pashinyan....
