Native of Chechnya convicted in Austria for promoting IS
An Austrian court has sentenced a 22-year-old native of Chechnya to 2.5 years in prison, having found him guilty of propagating the ideas of the “Islamic State” (IS), a terrorist organization, banned in Russia and in some other countries.

Russia’s SC upholds verdict to convicts under Caliphate case
The Supreme Court (SC) of Russia has upheld the verdict to the natives of Kabardino-Balkaria convicted under the case of an attempt to create a Caliphate with a Sharia form of ruling in the republic. This was reported by Lyudmila Ragulina, an advocate of Islam Shogenov, one of the convicts.

Resort fee in Kuban will make 10 roubles per day per person
In 2018, authorities of the Krasnodar Territory (also known as Kuban by the name of the main river) expect to receive about 270 million roubles by collecting the resort fee at a rate of 10 roubles per tourist per day.

Abkhazian group of Gvashev’s supporters detained in Adygea for four hours
Today, fifteen supporters of Ruslan Gvashev from Abkhazia, who were travelling to Krasnodar in order to attend the trial of his case, spent four hours at the police station of the village of Enem in the Republic of Adygea. Activists from Kabardino-Balkaria were allowed by the police to continue their travel after the trial was over.

CIT: nine mercenaries from "Wagner's PMC" killed in Syria
At least nine mercenaries from the private military company known as "Wagner's PMC", including a native of the Volzhsky town in the Volgograd Region, were killed in Syria in August and September.
