Law enforcers prohibit advocate from visiting detained Ingush resident
On July 30, Khasan Esmurziev was detained after a search in his house. Law enforcers reported on seizure of a pistol and a grenade from the house. For more than a day, an advocate was not allowed visiting the detainee. Family members of Khasan Esmurziev associated his persecution with a conflict that occurred during the preparations for the celebration of the anniversary of the republic's creation.

German court allows deporting Dagestani native to Russia
The court in Karlsruhe has rejected the constitutional complaint of an 18-year-old native of Dagestan who was trying to appeal against the decision to deport him to Russia after he was arrested after his correspondence with members of terrorist groupings.

Georgian MoJ head hopes for Saakashvili’s extradition by Ukraine
Thea Tsulukiani, the head of the Georgian Ministry of Justice (MoJ), has expressed her hope that Ukrainian authorities will launch the procedure of Mikhail Saakashvili’s extradition to Georgia as soon as he returns to Ukraine. Ms Tsulukiani has reminded that Georgia requested Saakashvili’s extradition from Ukraine in 2014 and 2015.

"LGBT Network": dozens of homosexuals killed by their relatives in Chechnya
In Chechnya, people of non-traditional sexual orientation are severely beaten and killed by their relatives with the complete connivance of the authorities and by their direct orders. Azerbaijani soldier killed in Karabakh conflict zone
This morning, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has accused the Armenian side of 140 violations of the ceasefire.
