This morning, David Saakashvili, a brother of the former Georgian President, has been detained at his home in Kiev. This has been reported by Mikhail Saakashvili. According to him, David Saakashvili was been taken away "to some unknown destination" in a Chevrolet white car. Lawyer David Saakashvili has a Ukrainian residence permit, noted Mikhail Saakashvili.

More than 200 tourists are evacuated from the mountainous zone of Mount Elbrus cordoned off by a mudflow. Today, 16 people have been sent by the flight of a rescue helicopter, first for this morning. This has been reported by an official from Ministry for Emergencies (MfE).

A mudflow which has occurred this night has cordoned off five villages, dozens of hotels and tourist centres of the Elbrus Region and cut them off the outside world.
