Azerbaijan claims being shelled from machine guns
The Armenian and Karabakh armed forces have violated the ceasefire for 125 times over the past 24 hours. This has been reported today by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Gyumri residents claim cold attitude towards soldiers after incidents at Russian base (+video)
Incidents involving Russian soldiers are provoked by lack of discipline. This opinion was expressed by members of human rights and public organizations of Armenia. Tax authorities unblock accounts of Azerbaijani agency "Turan"
Today, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes has cancelled sanctions against the agency "Turan", but it still cannot resume its activities because of the absence of the information on the closure of the criminal case. Chechen MIA finds no reason to initiate case on singer Zelimkhan Bakaev's disappearance

Social network users criticize fire-fighting in Dagestan
The authorities and the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) fail to take sufficient measures to extinguish forest fires in hard-to-reach areas of Dagestan. This opinion was expressed by users of social networks. Aircrafts are involved in extinguishing the fires, reported the Dagestani MfE.

IRFS urges Azeri authorities to release bloggers and journalists
The Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety (IRFS) has welcomed the liberation of Mekhman Aliev, Director of the “Turan” News Agency, and Faig Amirov, Financial Director of the “Azadlyg” newspaper; however, it has called on the Azerbaijani authorities to immediately release all the remaining journalists and bloggers imprisoned for criticizing them.

Wine Festival in Nagorno-Karabakh attracts many tourists
On September 16, 12 companies from Armenia, 11 companies from Nagorno-Karabakh and 10 private winemakers, as well as agricultural producers, took part in the Fourth Wine Festival held in the village of Tog, Gadrut District. The organizers hoped for 2500 visitors, but they had much more of them.
