On November 24, at the upcoming Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels, Armenia and the European Union (EU) plan to sign a new agreement, Armen Ashotyan, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party, has stated. The new agreement does not contradict the Armenia's obligations to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), said Edmon Marukyan, an MP.

Four hours after an explosion in a Makhachkala bathhouse with two people injured, the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) has got the information about other four persons injured in the explosion, which completely destroyed a house in the Kayakent District of Dagestan. According to the MfE's version, in both cases, the explosions were caused by detonation of gas.
