Observers report violations at elections in Georgia
The number of ballots at the polling station in the Borjomi District was higher than the number of voters on the list, activists of the NGO "Young Advocates" have stated. Observers also announced a possible control over voters in Borjomi and Ozurgeti.

Isa Gambotov, a resident of Ingushetia, is kept at the Vladikavkaz SIZO (pre-trial prison); the court has extended his arrest until next January on charges of a kidnapping. Politicians announce signing EU-Armenia agreement
On November 24, at the upcoming Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels, Armenia and the European Union (EU) plan to sign a new agreement, Armen Ashotyan, Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party, has stated. The new agreement does not contradict the Armenia's obligations to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), said Edmon Marukyan, an MP.

Sochi: coordinator of Navalny's office beaten up

Dagestan faces second explosion with injuries for a day
Four hours after an explosion in a Makhachkala bathhouse with two people injured, the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) has got the information about other four persons injured in the explosion, which completely destroyed a house in the Kayakent District of Dagestan. According to the MfE's version, in both cases, the explosions were caused by detonation of gas.

ECtHR obliges Armenia to provide medical treatment to Vaan Shirkhanyan

Court upholds fine imposed on "Open Russia" Krasnodar coordinator

Sentenced Dagestani woman complains to ECtHR about lack of medical care

Anonyms massively send letters about terror acts in Rostov-on-Don and Volgograd
On November 9, the Volgograd emergency services got to their mailboxes the letters reporting preparation of terror acts. Anonymous letters alleged that bombs had been planted in cinemas, schools, and shopping centres.
