Caucasian Forum on direct elections disrupted in Pyatigorsk
The organizers of the forum on the return of direct elections in Northern Caucasus have been notified that they will not be able to hold the event in Pyatigorsk on January 27. Nalchik activists urge authorities to repair apartment to a family with a disabled person
17 years ago, in exchange for the old housing, the family of Tatiana Alkhazova, a resident of Nalchik, with one of members disabled since childhood, was granted an apartment from the authorities with windows filled with plywood and without heating.
