Bloggers' visit to Chechnya triggers ambiguous reaction in social networks
A group of bloggers has visited Grozny and met the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. The guests admired the architecture of the capital of the republic. Critics in social networks have doubted the need for this visit and suggested the visitors' desire to please Kadyrov.

KChR resident complains about investigators dealing with torture case
Guzer Khashukaev, a resident of the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic (KChR), who had claimed being tortured after his detention, asked Russian authorities for help in the inquiry into his case. According to Khashukaev, the law enforcers, who had tortured him, continue working.

Murder in Gyumri reveals problems with Russian military base
The lack of complete information about the investigation into the murder of Julietta Gukasyan, a resident of Gyumri, and the detention of a Russian soldier intensified the protest mood of citizens dissatisfied with the proximity to the military base. The local residents recalled other incidents involving Russian soldiers and suggested tightening control over them.

Ingush teips declare mourning for people killed in Nazran
The congress of Ingush teips has sent a request to the Prosecutor's Office to objectively investigate the incident in Nazran, in which two persons, including activist Muslim Khashagulgov, were killed. The elders declared in the republic the mourning for the killed persons.

Dagestani authorities ignore request of Avars from Kenkhi village
The request of the Avar residents of the village of Kenkhi, Sharoi District of Chechnya, to build a road connecting the village with the Tsumadin District of Dagestan, remained unanswered.
