Dagestani SC supports residents of Vremenny in a lawsuit over authorities' inaction

Petition against rewarding Armenian officials gathered thousands of signatures
The participants of the protest action held at the building of the Armenian Government have demanded to return the premiums issued to state officials back into the budget. Investigators find it unlikely that attack in Bakhtemir village was a terror act
The man, who was shot dead after attacking a policeman in the village of Bakhtemir of the Astrakhan Region, had not attracted law enforcers' attention and was not registered by psychiatrists. Kadyrov makes forced concessions on deportation anniversary

Egyptian authorities blame Ingush detainees for extremism
The four students from Ingushetia detained in Cairo found their custody conditions in prison to be tolerable, but complained about the non-provision of an advocate and an interpreter at the trial, their relatives said. Attack on law enforcers in Astrakhan District becomes first incident since April 2017
On February 24, residents of the Bakhtemir village reported to the police about a man with a gun walking down the street. Law enforcers came to the place and demanded from the man to hand over his gun, but he opened fire on them and was killed by return fire. One policeman was hospitalized with wounds in serious condition. He stays in a coma, investigators report today.

Nemtsov commemoration marchers demand to release Oyub Titiev
The employees of the international human rights organization Amnesty International (AI) have joined the march in memory of Boris Nemtsov in Moscow demanding the release Oyub Titiev, a Chechen human rights defender.
