Kadyrov improves practice of public apologies for Chechens who are outside the republic
Muslim Djambekov, arrested for a fatal road accident in Moscow, is the second Chechen lately, who has apologized to the people, not to the authorities of Chechnya. Kadyrov sees a threat to his image in any negative events involving Chechens, said Ruslan Kutaev, an activist, and Alexei Malashenko, a political analyst.

Editor of "Pravda Beslana" explains re-publication of Basaev's letter to Putin

Artists persuade Nikol Pashinyan to intervene in scandal with dismissal of theatre director
