Muslim Djambekov, arrested for a fatal road accident in Moscow, is the second Chechen lately, who has apologized to the people, not to the authorities of Chechnya. Kadyrov sees a threat to his image in any negative events involving Chechens, said Ruslan Kutaev, an activist, and Alexei Malashenko, a political analyst.

For the second time since July 2018, the "Roskomnadzor" has demanded to remove the page from the "Pravda Beslana" (Beslan Truth) website, which shows a copy terrorists' note from the school captured in 2004, Marina Litvinovich, the editor of the website dedicated to the inquiry into the terror act, has reported.
