Chechen residents treat local TV's report as reaction to Tumso Abdurakhmanov's criticism
The Chechen TV released a story about relatives of Alam Khadjaev, who left the republic after a resonant road traffic accident with his participation in 2016. In the TV story, the Khadjaevs speak about their voluntary decision to leave Chechnya and criticize a blogger who called their departure forced. Five persons hospitalized after conflict in Armenian village
On April 13, a shootout broke out in the village of Zartonk of the Armavir Region of Armenia, during the conflict of supporters and opponents of the village elder. Two participants of the conflict, including the gunman, were detained; five people were hospitalized, the police and the Investigating Committee have reported.

Authorities ignore needs of Dagestani villagers when fixing border with Chechnya
The village of Novomonastyrskoye, Kizlyar District of Dagestan, the disputed area next to which Chechnya registered as its own, was not visited by the commission on border demarcation between the republics; and no meetings on this issue were held, local residents have reported. They complained about the acute shortage of pastures; therefore, they have to pay Chechens for grazing cows in their territory.
