Minnesota state recognizes NKR's independence
The Minnesota State Senate has passed a resolution recognizing the independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR). Minnesota is the tenth US state to recognize the NKR independence.

Dagestani benefactors help Azerbaijanis after border closure
The Azerbaijanis who have arrived at the border in the Derbent District had to live in the street for several days, said one of the citizens of Azerbaijan who is waiting to return to his homeland. Azerbaijani authorities: number of infected people grows because of quarantine violations

ECtHR obliges Russia to pay compensation to Chechen woman for her taken-away daughter
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) obliged the authorities of Russia to pay 12,500 euros to Asia Gubasheva, a resident of Chechnya, whose husband did not return her daughter after their divorce. Law enforcers disperse protesters in Bilasuvar
Residents of the Azerbaijani city of Bilasuvar gathered for a protest action, which grew into a clash with law enforcers. Media have reported on those detained and injured.
