Suit of the Ministry of Property of Dagestan to the "Women's Charitable Hospital" to be considered on April 11

Today, the Arbitration Court of Dagestan has considered the suit of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of Dagestan to the Regional Public Foundation "Women's Charitable Hospital". The case was postponed till April 11.

The merits of the suit are that the Ministry demands that the Hospital move out of all the premises now occupied.

The advocates who are representing the interests of the "Women's Charitable Hospital", have presented new documents to the court, which, in their opinion, prove that the hospital legally occupies the challenged premises.

According to Sergey Sagidov, one of the hospital's advocates, "earlier the court failed to take into consideration the documents confirming all the expenses that the hospital had allotted to repair the premises starting from 1994." The sum of such expenses, defined by independent estimates, makes 89 million roubles.

Representatives of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations have stated that they were not acquainted with these documents. Besides, according to the claimant, "without consent of the proprietor of the premises, that is, the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of Dagestan, the Hospital had no right to make this estimation."
