Website "Ingushetia.Ru" resumes its full work tomorrow

Tomorrow, on December 8, the website "Ingushetia.Ru" will restart its broadcasting in full scope, including reopening of the sections "Forum", "Guest Book" and "Announcements".

According to the information placed on the "Ingushetia.Ru", "a new management scheme for the website has been designed that excludes any single-person possession of this resource and other lacks in its operation."

It has been also reported that the website is now owned collectively, and its editorial board is going to cooperate more closely with the authorities and local mass media.

Currently, there is an opportunity for the readers of this Internet resource to leave one's opinion about the situation in Ingushetia and to trace the news of the Republic after the temporary suspension of the work of the independent Internet website "Ingushetia.Ru" in the blog "Events and News from Ingushetia" at the address ingushetiya-ru.livejournal.com.

  • Rights defenders give number of kidnapped people in Chechnya

    At least 80 residents of Chechnya have been kidnapped after a car with a DUSTUM license plate was set on fire; volunteers have identified the names of a number of them. In the village of Starye Atagi, Urus-Martan District, about 50 members of the Saif-Islam Elmurzaev family, suspected of setting the above car on fire, have been kidnapped; and about 30 people have been kidnapped in the Shali District, the "Memorial" Centre for Human Rights Defence (CHRD)* has reported.
