Charge presented to suspect of murdering Ruslan Yamadaev

The Chief Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office (ICPO) of the Russian Federation has accused Elimpasha Khatsuev of complicity in murdering Ruslan Yamadaev and attempting to murder Sergey Kizyun, accomplished on September 24, 2008, in Moscow, as the press service of the ICPO reports.

Elimpasha Khatsuev was detained on April 7, 2009, in Moscow. On April 9, 2009, the Basmanny District Court of the city of Moscow satisfied the inspector's petition on restricting his freedom by putting to custody. Khatsuev himself did not object.

The "Kommersant" writes with reference to ICPO's spokesman Vladimir Markin, that the investigatory bodies have accused Elimpasha Khatsuev of complicity in murdering Ruslan Yamadaev and attempting to murder Sergey Kizyun.

Apart from Khatsuev, two more residents of Chechnya - Aslanbek Dadaev and Timur Isaev - were arrested as suspects of an attempt on chairman of the board of the "Konvers-Bank" Alexander Antonov on March 11.

According to operative agents, Hero of Russia Ruslan Yamadaev was shot dead by Aslanbek Dadaev.
