Refugees from camp "Bella" appealed to Russian Prosecutor General

Chechen refugees living in the tent camp "Bella" on the outskirt of the Sleptsovskaya village of Ingushetia's Sunzhensky district sent a letter to Russian Prosecutor General Ustinov.

The displaced persons think Order 23/4449 of August 1, 2003 on the liquidation of the tent camp "Bella", which was signed by Federal Migration Service Deputy Head Major-General Yunash, is inhuman, going against Russian President Putin's statements and to be countermanded.

Refugees' representatives also ask to oblige Migration Service officials to give out foodstuff debts to displaced persons and to improve the way of live of the people living in the camp. The letter is signed by members of the Public Council of the Camp "Bella".
