Stanislav Ilyasov is going to report to English court that all pensions have been paid out in Chechnya

Russian Minister for Chechnya's Affairs Stanislav Ilyasov is going to report to the English court that all the debts on pensions and unemployment benefits have been paid out in the republic. Ilyasov alleged at the press-conference on Thursday that he was leaving for London to take part in the hearing of the case on Akhmed Zakaev's extradition appointed on September 7.

"Rybkin, Yakunin and Kovalyov present everything in the way as if nothing is being done in the republic. I am going to disprove it. Of course, there are several facts of human rights violations, but we do not say that everything is smooth", remarked Ilyasov. He said that at present time the bodies of the Public Prosecutor's Office and courts had recommenced their activity in each city of Chechnya.
