September 5 was day of mourning for victims of terrorist act in Stavropol region

September 5 was declared the day of mourning in the Stavropol region as people had died by the undermining of an electric train near Kislovodsk. Stavropol Region's Governor Aleksandr Chernogorov announced it in his appeal to the countrymen he had made on September 6.

He also called on the heads of municipalities together with law enforcement agencies and the public to take immediate extra actions to prevent acts of terrorism and sabotage on their territories.

As a result of the undermining of the electric train near Kislovodsk on Wednesday, 4 people died, 79 got wounded.
