People kidnapped in North Ossetia
On July 25, seven unidentified persons wearing masks and camouflaged uniforms and armed with machine guns kidnapped two residents of Kantyshevo village, Ingushetia, only 200 meters away from the North Ossetia administrative border with Ingushetia.
The kidnapping took place at 22:30. The unidentified persons driving two "Zhiguli" cars with number plates belonging to regions 06 and 117 blocked a "Mazda" with three young persons inside.
"The criminals forced two brothers, Dzhabrail, 22, and Ruslan, 20, into their "Zhiguli" and took them away towards Nazran, having left behind their 20-years-old neighbor and the "Mazda", reports the North Ossetia MoI press-service to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
The main purpose of the crime is assumed to be kidnapping for a ransom. According to the witness, the kidnappers were talking the Ingushetian language and seemed to be well informed about the financial condition of the brothers whose father is a well-to-do businessman.
The North Ossetia and Ingushetia law enforcement agencies are currently conducting an investigation of the kidnapping.
