The court established that 32-year-old Alim Pshigotizhev transferred 300 rubles to the FBK* account in a US bank in August and September 2021 in two transfers of 150 rubles each.

In court, Pshigotizhev admitted his guilt and stated that he had indeed been interested in Alexei Navalny's* activities at a certain time, but had never been his follower and is currently not interested in the activities of the FBK*. He also stated that he fully supports the state's policy, writes the Telegram channel "Gazeta Yuga" on October 20.

In making its decision, the court took into account his remorse, the non-violent nature of the crime, Pshigotizhev's positive character reference, and imposed a fine of 300,000 rubles.
