The developer continued the dispute with the residents of the residential complex in Krasnodar after their complaint to Putin.

The developer of the residential complex "Legenda" in Krasnodar called the police after parents tried to prevent the installation of garbage containers in the children's playground, residents reported, who had previously submitted a collective appeal to President Vladimir Putin. The work is being carried out on a legally rented plot, and part of the infrastructure of the residential complex is located there without approval, the developer stated.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on August 14, several dozen residents of the Krasnodar residential complex "Legenda" submitted a collective appeal to Vladimir Putin complaining about the construction of a shopping center near their homes and the inaction of local officials. They demanded that the construction permit be declared invalid and that a legal assessment of the actions of the Krasnodar administration be provided. The reason for the appeal was the reduction of the width of the fire lane, the dismantling of the storm sewer, and the relocation of the garbage container site, which, according to residents, was carried out without a decision from the general meeting of owners.

Residents of the Krasnodar residential complex "Legenda" complained about the ongoing conflict with the developer over the use of the yard area. According to one local resident, construction equipment damaged property in the children's playground, after which workers attempted to install garbage containers there without obtaining the consent of the general meeting of owners. The police who arrived at the scene did not prevent the work and threatened residents with responsibility for disobeying police orders. A Krasnodar resident filmed a video about this, which was published by the Instagram public tipichkrasn.

The video author stated that residents presented the police with official responses from the Krasnodar administration, according to which the installation of container sites requires a decision from the general meeting of owners. However, according to her, the police demanded that they not interfere with the construction equipment and warned of possible arrests. "And the police say: 'Disobedience to authority, Article 19, we will now call patrol cars and pack you all up in the children's playground,'" the video author said.

The video shows several people near apartment buildings, police officers, one of whom is examining documents, as well as areas of soil near the fence.

Residents of the residential complex "Legenda" again faced attempts to carry out construction work on the territory near their homes. According to them, representatives of the developer LLC "Bauinvest", the management company "Residential Complex Revival", and police officers arrived at the site, who explained their presence as necessary to prevent obstacles to construction. One resident stated that the police threatened to hold her accountable after she questioned the legality of conducting work without a decision from the general meeting of owners, "Krasnodar Online" reported today.

"The officers began to threaten me that they would hold me accountable for disobeying the requirements of the authorities," the publication quoted the resident of the residential complex as saying.

Residents also reported a court dispute over a land plot of about 3.6 thousand square meters, which, according to their claims, was excluded from the common shared ownership of the residential complex without their knowledge in 2019. According to the information provided by the resident, the initial area of the plot was about 28 thousand square meters, while in the administration's documents it is indicated as 24.3 thousand square meters. After residents' appeals, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to return the disputed land, the publication stated.

The work is being carried out on a legally rented plot, and part of the infrastructure of the residential complex "Legenda" was located there without approval from the rights holder, a representative of "Bauinvest" stated.

He explained that the garbage container sites should be located inside the courtyard of the residential complex according to the project. "Bauinvest" also stated that it seeks to resolve the conflict with residents and is interested in a prosecutor's check of the actions of the original developer and the management organization. "We want to resolve the situation in favor of the people," "Krasnodar Online" quoted the words of the "Bauinvest" employee.
