Two enterprises and a private house were damaged in Kuban by drone debris.

Drone debris fell on two enterprises in Novorossiysk and on a private house in the village of Verkhnebakansky.

According to the head of Novorossiysk, Andrey Kravchenko, the drone debris fell on the territory of two enterprises in the city, as well as a private property in the village of Verkhnebakansky this morning.

"As a result of the fall of drone fragments, a fire broke out in an outbuilding, which was promptly extinguished. There are no casualties," Kravchenko wrote on his Telegram channel.

The drone attack began today around 04:00 Moscow time, according to another post by Kravchenko on his Telegram channel.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Krasnodar region is regularly subjected to drone attacks. For instance, on August 5, drone debris damaged a house in the village of Supsekh in Anapa, with no casualties. On August 3, during a drone attack on Arkhipo-Osipovka, seven people died, and the number of injured later increased to 58.

Oil refineries (ORFs), including those located in Kuban, are periodically subjected to drone attacks. For example, on August 8, when drone debris fell on the territory of the Ilysky ORF, six people were injured, and a fire broke out at the enterprise. On June 10, after a drone attack, the Afipsky ORF caught fire.

Amidst drone attacks on oil refineries, including those located in Kuban, a fuel crisis has emerged. In the Krasnodar region, a fuel shortage led to a sharp increase in demand for the installation of gas equipment (GBO). Queues at auto service centers stretched for several months, and the cost of equipment nearly doubled.

Long waiting times force motorists to turn to "gray" installers, who do not guarantee the safety of the equipment, analysts noted. At the same time, the mass transition of cars to gas will not overcome the fuel crisis due to the lack of necessary infrastructure, they pointed out.
