Power agents of Ingushetia conduct counterterrorist operation in Karabulak

The city of Karabulak in Ingushetia is under the regime of counterterrorist operation, a source in the Republic's operative headquarters has informed. According to the FSB (Federal Security Bureau), militants are hiding in Karabulak ready to commit a series of terror acts in Ingushetia.

Today, a special operation aimed at liquidating the militants was held in the city. Power agents launched a storm on No. 21 in the Oskanova Street at 6 a.m. Immediately a man who ran out of the house was shot dead. Then, employees of law enforcement bodies shelled the house from grenade launchers and set it on fire. Later, a source at the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed that five militants were liquidated; they were involved in murdering Dembulat Bagolov, an employee of the UBOP (Militia Unit to Fight Organized Crime) of Ingusherian MIA.

Now, the counterterrorist operation is introduced in one of dwelling districts of the city: agents are checking documents and examining motor vehicles, the "Interfax" reports. The website named "BBCRussian.com" remarks that the operation area is confined within the Streets of Dzhabagiev, Oktiabrskaya, Bochalov and Komarov.

The "Ingushetia.Ru" website informs that now the personalities of the casualties are established. Lydia Albakova, hostess of No. 21 in the Oskanova Street, is one of them. Her son is another one. Sources at the Karabulak GOVD (City Interior Unit) have informed that certain Aushev and Pugoev were among the casualties. According to certain data, the killed hostess was engaged in training children to Islam norms at home. The website believes that her daughter can be among the casualties. Albakova's house was completely destroyed and burnt down.
