The Krasnodar resident apologized on camera for the video of the burning Wildberries warehouse.

Police detained a 19-year-old resident of Krasnodar for filming the aftermath of a drone attack. The girl was forced to admit her guilt on camera.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", the governor of Kuban, Veniamin Kondratiev, announced on the morning of June 22 that one person had died and ten were injured as a result of the night drone attack: in Armavir, an employee of a company died after drone debris fell, while others were injured in a fire at a warehouse complex in Krasnodar. Later, he stated that one of the injured had died in the hospital.

Employees of the Center "E" in Krasnodar detained a 19-year-old local resident for publishing a video about the consequences of the drone attack on the Wildberries warehouse.

In the recording found by the security forces in the messenger, "the girl shows the warehouse in Krasnodar burning after the drone attack and the objects installed along it," the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnodar Krai reported today.

The agency published a short video with the violator of the governor's ban on filming attacks. The girl's face is hidden, and the name she gives is muted by a sound signal.

"I posted a video from the site of the drone crash on July 22. I admit my guilt and promise that this will not happen again," she says before the camera.

The case under Article 4.17 of Law No. 608-KZ "On Administrative Offenses" has been sent to the regional administrative commission, the agency noted. For violating the ban, the girl faces a fine of three to five thousand rubles.

"Caucasian Knot" reported that since September 2025, there has been a ban in Krasnodar Krai on disseminating information about drone attacks and their consequences, filming air defense operations, military facilities, and critical infrastructure. In December 2025, the Kuban authorities introduced fines for filming air attacks and air defense operations. A corresponding bill from the regional legislative assembly has been published on "Caucasian Knot".

At the end of June, security forces forced violators of a similar ban in Volgograd to apologize on camera: at least three people were detained after publishing videos they filmed of a missile attack on Volgograd on June 27. "I sincerely apologize, I ask for forgiveness, and I urge everyone not to film videos, not to take photos, and not to distribute them on social networks," one of the detainees stated. The filming bans contradict the Constitution, which guarantees the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to seek, record, and disseminate information, lawyers previously pointed out.
