Two people have been detained after a shootout in Rostov-on-Don.

In Rostov-on-Don, a shootout occurred near a restaurant, during which two people were injured. Two participants in the conflict have been detained.

According to the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on the night of July 18 to 19 near the "Magadan" restaurant.

A conflict arose between two men, they went outside where they started to fight, and then began to shoot at each other with traumatic pistols, writes Donnews.ru on July 20.

After the fight, one of the participants fled in a car, but he was detained.

It is reported that during the shootout, two people were injured. One of the injured is a participant in the incident, and a security guard of the restaurant also sustained injuries.

One of the detainees is a resident of Bataisk, the other is from Rostov-on-Don. Both have permits for the storage and carrying of weapons. A criminal case has been initiated under the article on hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), reports "Kommersant".
