Leader of youth movement injured in the capital of Armenia

Today, in the centre of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, not far from the Republic Square, Arsen Kharatyan, leader of the youth civil movement named "Sksela" (Beginning), was attacked, got a head trauma and was hospitalized.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent informs that Arsen Kharatyan was attacked from behind and got a blow on his head with some heavy object. Now, Mr Kharatyan is in the "Grigor Lusavorich" Clinic, located in the Nor Nork community of the capital of Armenia. Kharatyan was diagnosed a head trauma and four seams were overcast there. The clinic was visited by inspectors who took Kharatyan's evidences. A criminal case has been opened.

According to Arsen Kharatyan, he was attacked from behind by three unknown persons. He could not see their faces, but he has noted that at that moment he was on his way to the meeting with a certain journalist named Sasha, whom he did not know and with whom he agreed about the meeting by telephone. However, the meeting with the journalist failed.
