Georgian Ombudsman stands up for Irakliy Okruashvili's relative

In the opinion of Sozar Subari, Ombudsman of Georgia, the authorities have illegally dismissed Nana Mgebrishvili - sister of disgraced ex-Minister of Defence of Georgia Irakliy Okruashvili - from her position at the Tbilisi Supervision Service.

According to Ms Mgebrishvili, she has worked at the Supervision Service for 25 years, and the official pretext for her dismissal was the loss by her of an application filed by citizen Inna Sarkisova on September 3, 2007.

Nana Mgebrishvili does not confirm the fact of losing Sarkisova's application, and the Ombudsman's people found out while studying the case that Inna Sarkisova does not live in Georgia for 15 years, and she is in Ukraine, the "Georgia-Online" informs.
