The deputy head of Anapa is suspected of abuse of office.

The Anapa City Court has imposed a lenient pretrial detention measure on Deputy Head of Anapa Natalya Ryabokon, who is accused of abuse of office.

According to the case materials, the official, while serving as deputy head of the administration, instructed subordinate heads of 85 municipal educational institutions to contract security services exclusively with one organization.

The investigation estimated the damage to the municipal budget at over 64.8 million rubles. Natalya Ryabokon is accused of abuse of office, 1 the joint press service of the courts of Krasnodar Krai reported today on their Telegram channel.

The court has ordered the defendant to restrain herself from certain activities as a preventive measure during the investigation. This measure includes, in particular, a ban on leaving the house at night without permission from the investigator, a ban on communicating with the parties to the case, and a ban on internet use. The ban is set for one month and 29 days – until June 2, 2026.
