Damir Mendygaliev was killed in the SVO zone, the Volodarsky District Administration reported today on its Telegram channel. In 2010, he successfully graduated from the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. On May 24, 2025, he signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense and was sent to the special military operation zone. He was killed on July 21, 2025, the statement said.
