The military shot down drones overnight in the Astrakhan, Rostov, and Volgograd regions, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," a fire broke out at an oil depot in Armavir last night after a drone attack. According to the Krasnodar Territory task force, there were no casualties. By morning, the fire was contained to an area of ​​700 square meters.

Last night, air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 72 Ukrainian drones, including 20 in the Astrakhan region, 14 in the Rostov region, two in the Volgograd region, and four in the Krasnodar region, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel.

According to the publication, another drone was shot down over the waters of the Sea of ​​Azov, the rest were destroyed in the Belgorod and Kursk regions and in Crimea.

The Volgograd region administration and the governor of the Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin, as of 11:00 Moscow time, had not reported any attacks on their Telegram channels during the night.

In other regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts, including the Astrakhan and Volgograd regions, filming drone attacks and their aftermath is also prohibited.
