At least 4,229 fighters from the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) and 4,373 from the Southern Federal District (SFD) have been recognized by authorities and security forces as killed during the military operation in Ukraine.

20-year-old Danila Telyatnikov was killed in the military operation, the Uryupinsk administration reported today on its Telegram channel.

"Tomorrow, February 19, the residents of Uryupinsk will say goodbye to Private Danila Telyatnikov, a participant in the North Caucasus Military District (NVO).
