A truck driver was injured in a drone attack in Bataysk.

The Rostov Region was attacked by drones; a man was injured in Bataysk when a drone fell.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on February 4, the military reported the destruction of 11 drones in the skies over the Rostov and Volgograd Regions. Local authorities stated that there were no casualties.

During a nighttime air strike on the Rostov Region, air defense forces destroyed drones in Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog, Bataysk, Novoshakhtinsk, and the Azov district. During the attack, a truck driver was injured by falling drone debris, according to regional governor Yuri Slyusar.

"The victim has been hospitalized in moderate condition," the governor wrote on his Telegram channel. He noted that, according to preliminary assessments by doctors, the man's life is not in danger.

According to the official, five cars in an agricultural enterprise parking lot and a warehouse building were also damaged in Bataysk. A private home was also damaged in Novoshakhtinsk during the attack.

"The façade and window glazing were damaged. The family of four does not require evacuation," Slyusar reported, adding that "the threat of drones remains."

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that at the end of December, Slyusar signed a decree on the procedure for paying residents for cars damaged by drone attacks. It provides for payments of up to 500,000 rubles per damaged vehicle and up to a million rubles per destroyed one.
