Residents of damaged homes in Novaya Adygeya have submitted 800 applications for financial assistance.

More than 800 statements have been received from residents of multi-story buildings in Novaya Adygeya whose property was destroyed in an explosion and fire. Authorities reported that window restoration has begun. Residents inquired about who will compensate for the damage to their destroyed cars.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," human body parts were discovered at the site of a drone attack in the village of Novaya Adygeya, Takhtamukaysky District. Genetic testing has been ordered to determine their origin and the number of victims. Residents have been allowed to return to their apartments; only one building remains cordoned off.

The emergency response center received over 800 statements from victims, of which approximately 70% have been processed. From morning until evening, 10 municipal commissions, together with residents and representatives of the management company, recorded the damage to the homes of the victims, Asker Savv, head of the Takhtamukaysky District, reported on his Telegram channel.

Contractors have partially begun dismantling and installing window frames. The commission has fully inspected the worst-damaged building. Apartment owners, accompanied by police and emergency services personnel, were able to collect essential items. Construction companies will soon begin repair work. During the day, the courtyard area was partially cleared of debris and construction debris, he reported.

Social media users inquired about how to claim compensation for the burned-out cars.

One user noted that a clear answer is needed regarding the exact cause of the damage to the cars and apartments.

According to a video posted on the Instagram page "ChP Krasnodar," the official told residents at a meeting that after forensic experts inspect the damaged cars, the owners will be given official reports on the condition of their vehicles. With this document, victims must either go to the traffic police to deregister their completely destroyed vehicle, or to their insurance company to receive payment.

"Meanwhile, the vast majority of drivers only have mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance, which does not provide for payments in such cases. Therefore, people will not receive any financial compensation for repairs or the purchase of a new vehicle," the video description states.
