Authorities have clarified the number of people injured in the drone attack in Beslan.

Two adults and two children were injured and hospitalized when debris from a downed drone fell on a residential building in Beslan. Most of the evacuated residents have returned to their apartments.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on January 18, drone debris fell on the roof of a five-story residential building in Beslan. There was no fire, but the roof and windows were damaged, and 70 people were evacuated from the building. Two children and an adult required medical attention, the head of North Ossetia reported.

Banks on filming drone attacks and their consequences, introduced in the Volgograd, Rostov, and Astrakhan regions, as well as in Kalmykia, Adygea, and North Ossetia, contradict the norms enshrined in the Constitution that guarantee the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to seek, record, and disseminate information.

Specialists inspected the house on Markov Street in Beslan, on whose roof "debris from a downed UAV" fell, and found damage to the roof and windows, but no damage to the supporting structures, the head of the Right Bank reported on his Telegram channel on January 18 Kazbek Mrikayev, head of the district.

According to him, not three, but four people were injured. "Four of the injured, including two children, were hospitalized; their lives are not in danger," the publication stated.

The roof of the damaged building will be repaired soon. "At the direction of the head of the republic, Sergei Menyailo, a temporary accommodation center has been set up for the victims, and hot meals have been organized at School No. 6," the official reported, adding that classes at that school "will proceed as scheduled."

The district head clarified that one family that applied had been provided with temporary housing. "The others remain in their apartments of their own free will. As the extent of the damage is assessed, the victims will be provided with all necessary assistance," he wrote.
