Homes in Kuban damaged by drone attack

A drone attack damaged residential buildings in Slavyansk-on-Kuban and Anapa. According to the military, seven drones were shot down overnight in the Krasnodar Krai.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," today restrictions were imposed on aircraft arrivals and departures at the Gelendzhik and Krasnodar airports . Rosaviatsiya press secretary Artem Korenyako explained this as a necessary measure to ensure flight safety.

A drone attack was recorded in Slavyansk-on-Kuban and Anapa, the Krasnodar Krai task force reported on its Telegram channel.

UAV fragments smashed windows in seven apartments.

"In Slavyansk-on-Kuban, a private house and an apartment building were damaged as a result of a drone attack. In the first case, a house in a gardening community was seriously damaged by falling drone debris, while in the second, drone fragments smashed windows in seven apartments," the report stated.

Also, a gas pipe was damaged at the Slavyansk Oil Refinery; no fire occurred. "There were no casualties in any of the incidents. Emergency services are working at each address," the task force reported.

In Anapa, a private home was damaged "due to falling UAV debris." "Fragments of the drone partially destroyed the roof of one of the houses in a summer cottage community. There were no casualties. Emergency and special services are working at the scene," the statement read.

Restrictions imposed at the airports of Gelendzhik and Krasnodar have been lifted, Artem Korenyako reported on his Telegram channel.

Last night, 33 Ukrainian drones were destroyed and intercepted, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel.

According to the publication, 16 drones were shot down in the Rostov Region, seven in the Krasnodar Krai, and six over the Black Sea. The remaining drones were neutralized in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.

As a reminder, Gukovo, Novoshakhtinsk, and the Chertkovsky and Myasnikovsky districts of the Rostov region were attacked by drones last night. A fire broke out at an industrial plant in Novoshakhtinsk, and a boiler room was damaged in Gukovo. As a result, 128 multi-story buildings, two hospitals, four schools, and six kindergartens were left without heat.
