Restrictions have been introduced on the operation of two airports in Kuban.

Operations at Sochi and Krasnodar airports have been suspended. According to local authorities, air defense systems are in place at Gelendzhik, whose airport had previously suspended operations.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot," restrictions were imposed on the operations of Volgograd and Gelendzhik airports tonight. At least five flights have been delayed at Volgograd Airport.

Around 12:00 AM Moscow time today, restrictions were imposed on operations at Krasnodar (Pashkovsky) and Sochi airports, Rosaviatsiya spokesman Artem Korenyako announced on his Telegram channel.

He, as usual, noted that the restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety.

According to the Sochi Airport online flight board, departures to Nizhnevartovsk, Perm, Yekaterinburg, and Omsk have been postponed, as well as arrivals from Tel Aviv Airport.

Gelendzhik Mayor Alexei Bogodistov reported on air defense operations today. He urged city residents to seek shelter in basements, ground floors, or windowless rooms, and also reminded them that filming and publishing materials about the work of air defense systems and special services is prohibited.
