Residents of a Dagestani village have appealed to the authorities with a complaint about a lack of transportation. Numerous appeals to the administration have yielded no results.

We ask that you pay attention to the acute shortage of minibuses in Novy Agachaul. Every day, residents face overcrowded minibuses, forcing people to stand, and sometimes even wait for several hours. This is especially difficult for children and students who cannot get home after school and school.

Now that the cold weather is approaching, children are freezing at bus stops while waiting for transportation. Residents of Novy Agachaul have repeatedly called and written, but unfortunately, there has been no response, complete ignorance, say residents of Novy Agachaul.

We are asking for several additional buses or minibuses to be added to the routes of Novy Agachaul, Khushet, and Paraul. Hear us! We are not asking for much, just the ability to get home safely. Please show humanity and consideration for people, the complaint states.

The village residents' complaint was published by the Life-Dagestan Telegram channel, which has over 15,000 subscribers. Along with the complaint, the channel posted a video of the deplorable situation at the village bus stop, which had garnered 360 views by 6:00 PM Moscow time.

The video shows that many residents are unable to board the bus due to a lack of seats. They are forced to remain at the public transport stop waiting for the next bus.
