Thirteen drones were shot down over the Rostov region.

Last night, air defense forces neutralized 61 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Russian regions. Thirteen of them were shot down in the Rostov Region, and another six were shot down over the Black Sea.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," in the Rostov Region, air defense forces intercepted UAVs overnight in Novoshakhtinsk, Millerovsky, Belokalitvinsky, Krasnosulinsky, and Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky districts.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, between 11:00 PM on October 16 and 7:00 AM on October 17, air defense alert systems intercepted 61 UAVs in the skies over the country's regions. Thirteen drones were neutralized over the Rostov Region, and another six over the Black Sea.

Drones were also shot down in Crimea, the Bryansk, Tula, and Kursk Regions, and the Moscow Region, the department reported on its Telegram channel.
