The Communist Party of the Russian Federation observers encountered restrictions at a number of polling stations in Krasnodar Krai, where municipal elections and gubernatorial elections are taking place. On the evening of September 13, Ivan Dubrovin, a member of the electoral commission with the right to vote, reported ballot stuffing at one of the polling stations in an educational institution in the Yubileiny microdistrict of Krasnodar. In a video published on the "Krasnodar YUMR" Telegram channel, he reported that 140 ballots were included in the act, although he and observers saw only 98 voters at the polling station.

At the same time, the educational institution's commission refused to recheck and recount the number of signatures for receiving ballots. Dubrovin also added that he was not given the registration logs, they showed them themselves and "blocked them with their shoulders, showing them at maximum speed so that it was impossible to record." He wrote a statement, and a similar statement "for the use of physical force" was written about him.

Vitaly Cherkasov, a candidate for deputy of the Krasnodar City Duma, reported in his Telegram channel today that he encountered "completely unjustified, flagrant violations of the election law" at many polling stations in the Yubileiny microdistrict. In a video from one of the polling stations in an educational institution, he reported, in particular, that the places for observers were located in such a way that the ballot boxes were out of their field of vision, at a distance of 27 steps. Alexander Safronov, a deputy of the Krasnodar City Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, recorded a number of violations at polling stations in Krasnodar. Only members of the TEC and IT specialists of the election commission have access to the room and the computer.
