25 drones shot down in southern Russia

25 UAVs were shot down over the territory of the Azov and Black Seas and Kuban. In the Krasnodar Territory, a substation in Kropotkin was damaged. In Kabardino-Balkaria and Dagestan, the threat of unmanned aerial vehicles was canceled.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on the night of August 31 to September 1, a threat of drone attack was declared in Novorossiysk. In the urban-type settlement of Ilsky, two houses had their windows knocked out after the fall of UAV debris, and the fence of one was also damaged.

The Ministry of Defense reported that from midnight to 05:00 Moscow time, air defense systems on duty destroyed and intercepted 50 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type. Including 16 over the Black Sea, 7 over the Sea of Azov, 2 over the territory of Krasnodar Krai.

The Krasnodar Krai operational headquarters reported on the consequences of the drone attack. In the industrial zone of Kropotkin, a fire broke out at a transformer substation due to the fall of UAV debris, it was extinguished. In Novorossiysk, the threat of drone attack has been cancelled, the operational headquarters’ Telegram channel reported.

The head of Kabardino-Balkaria Kazbek Kokov announced the cancellation of the drone attack danger regime. The threat of a UAV attack has been cancelled in Dagestan, the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on its Telegram channel.
