Two people fined for filming the aftermath of drone attacks in Rostov region

In Rostov Oblast, two people have been charged under the article on filming the consequences of drone attacks, and they have been fined.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, a fine of up to 400 thousand rubles is provided for filming drone attacks in Rostov Oblast.

Two administrative violation reports have been filed after filming the aftermath of UAV attacks in the Rostov Region, said acting regional governor Yuri Slyusar.

"There are two violators. Administrative violation reports have been issued with corresponding fines," Interfax quoted him as saying.

He added that recording the location and aftermath of the attack worsens the situation and endangers other people.

"For a normal healthy person, filming the attack on residential buildings or businesses should become an anti-norm, people should understand that this is unsafe. Unfortunately, in addition to prevention, we also have to catch and fine people for this. I hope that understanding will come now,” added Slyusar.

We remind you that fines are provided for unauthorized filming and distribution of relevant materials: for citizens - from 3 to 5 thousand rubles, for officials - from 20 to 40 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 200 to 400 thousand rubles.

The ban does not apply to bodies that are part of the unified system of public authority and are official sources of information. It also does not apply to the publication of information obtained from official sources when providing a link to them.
