Karachay-Cherkessia authorities named the soldier killed in Ukraine

According to officials, Salpagarov received a law degree after school, then joined the army. After completing his military service, he decided to remain a military man and signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense.

27-year-old Salpagarov was killed on July 17, 2024, “during a helicopter attack”, his father Mussa Salpagarov wrote a book about his son in the Karachay language, according to a publication on the official Telegram channel of the municipality.
