A large family from Ingushetia accused officials of delays with the title "Mother Heroine"

The family of Khadizhat and Maksharip Dzakhkiyev, who are raising 10 children, have repeatedly submitted documents for the title of "Mother Heroine", but have received formal replies from the Ingush authorities without giving reasons for the refusal.

A woman with 10 children in Ingushetia is denied the title of "Mother Heroine", "Sapa Kavkaz" reported today.

The spouses Khadizhat and Maksharip Dzakhkiyev have ten children. The head of the family is a combat veteran, a retired police officer, and currently heads the reception office of the Anti-Corruption Committee for the Malgobek District. In 2016, the family received the Order of Parental Glory, and in 2022, a decree of the President of Russia was issued with the title of "Mother Heroine". They submitted the necessary documents to the commission of the social department of the district AMS. But the awards department of the administration of the head of Ingushetia refused to accept the documents, citing the fact that the selection had already taken place and another candidate had been selected, the publication says

A year later, the Dzakhkievs again submitted documents to receive the title, but officials again refused them. The response from the head of the administration of the head indicated that the family's documents were sent to the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, but after verification they were left unchanged. Meanwhile, the head of the department for state awards responded to the Dzakhkievs that their application had been received by the Plenipotentiary Representative's office and Khadizhat could have received the title, but the award materials were recalled for revision.  

Maksharip said that he considers such behavior of officials to be fraud. "We have gone through all the local levels of government. And at no stage have we received any attention to our problem. In response, we only receive formal replies without any clear reasons for the refusal," his words are quoted in the publication.

It was previously reported that the Dzakhkiev family of 12 cannot obtain benefits from the government of Ingushetia and is forced to live only on Maksharip's pension. He also repeatedly appealed to the authorities to provide the family with a plot of land for a peasant farm, but the State Unitary Enterprise "Malgobeksky" reported that there was no available arable land in the area, Fortanga wrote in 2019.

The title "Mother Heroine" is accompanied by a one-time payment of 1 million rubles, monthly payments (expected to be introduced in 2026), and regional benefits, RBC wrote on March 4.

"Caucasian Knot" also wrote that the father of five children Zurab Khamkhi complained about delays in allocating land in Ingushetia to him as a participant in the military operation. He noted that he signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense in the Moscow Region and now cannot achieve the provision of land. Lawyers recommended going to court, but Khamkhi received no response to his video appeal to the authorities.
