Kuban resident fined for pacifist inscriptions

The court fined a resident of a Kuban village 50 thousand rubles for writing pacifist inscriptions on walls, fences and pillars for a fee.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, liability for discrediting the armed forces was introduced on March 4, 2022. After that, residents of Russia, including the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District and the Southern Federal District, began to be prosecuted under the corresponding article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. According to the investigation, correspondence in a messenger was found on the man's phone, from which it follows that an unknown person paid the man eight thousand rubles for making the aforementioned calls. The actions of the villager were qualified under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
