Since the beginning of the SMO, members of the Kadyrov family have received almost 150 awards

Since the beginning of the military operation, Ramzan Kadyrov has received at least 31 awards, with his son Adam in second place and his daughter Ayshat in third place.

As "Caucasian Knot wrote, in October 2024, Ramzan Kadyro announced that he had received a jubilee medal in connection with the 25th anniversary of the re-establishment of the FSB Directorate in Chechnya, emphasizing that his award has the first number. In June 2025, the head of Chechnya received a new award — the honorary badge "Centaur" of the Council of Chief Architects of Russia for his contribution to the development of urban development.

Since February 2022, Ramzan Kadyrov and 29 of his close relatives have received at least 146 different awards and insignia, Verstka* calculated based on reports from Chechen officials and the media.

A significant portion of them — 82 — are state and, mainly, internal awards of Chechnya. Thus, in August-October 2022, members of the Kadyrov clan received at least 11 medals in honor of the "100th anniversary of the formation of the Chechen Republic." Also among the common awards are the Order of Kadyrov (9), the medal "For Services to the Chechen Republic" (8), the title of Hero of the Chechen Republic (8) and the medal "In Memory of Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov" (5), the publication says.

In second place are departmental awards. After the start of the military operation in Ukraine, Kadyrov and his relatives received 30 medals and insignia from various departments and ministries, most often the Kadyrovs were awarded by law enforcement agencies - the Russian National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Penitentiary Service.

The Kadyrov clan received another 21 awards from organizations and institutions. For example, the head of Chechnya himself has the Order of Merit for Dentistry from the Russian Dental Association, as well as gold and silver medals for services to improving the safety of nuclear power plants from Rosatom.

The Kadyrovs also received 11 awards from the administrations of the "new Russian territories", one from South Ossetia, and one from the Libyan authorities.

Kadyrov himself ranks first in terms of the number of awards. In just over 41 months, he was awarded 31 medals. This is 21.2% of all awards received by the Kadyrov clan.

Kadyrov received a significant portion of them — 13 — from various organizations. For example, in May 2022, the head of Chechnya was awarded for his "outstanding contribution to the development" of the Kurchatov Institute. Or in June 2024, the Council of Chief Architects of Russia awarded Kadyrov the honorary badge "Centaur" for "high achievements in the field of architecture."

Kadyrov received another 10 awards from departments and ministries. For example, in October 2024, within two days of each other, the head of Chechnya was recognized as an "honorary worker of the agro-industrial complex" and an "excellent ambulance worker."

Also, after the start of the military operation in Ukraine, Kadyrov received two state awards (the Order of Alexander Nevsky and the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" 2nd degree) and three regional awards, including the Hero of the Chechen Republic medal.

Second place in the Kadyrov clan in terms of the number of awards goes to the son of the head of Chechnya, Adam Kadyrov, who was awarded 16 medals and insignia. Half of them were received by Kadyrov's son within two months - October and November 2023 - after the story of the beating of Nikita Zhuravel in the pretrial detention center. In total, since February 2022, Adam Kadyrov has one state and five regional awards, six departmental medals, three awards from organizations, and one international award (the "Honorary Guest of Libya" medal).

In third place in terms of the number of medals is the daughter of the head of Chechnya, Aishat Kadyrova. Since February 2022, she has been awarded 10 awards. In particular, among them are the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd degree, the title of People's Artist of the Chechen Republic, the title of Honored Worker of the Social Sphere of Chechnya, and the Order of Kadyrov, the publication says.
