Two fighters from Karachay-Cherkessia killed in Ukraine

Umar-Ali Totorkulov and Vitaly Sorokoletov from Zelenchuksky District were killed in combat. Since the beginning of the Russian operation in Ukraine, the authorities have named at least 146 servicemen from Karachay-Cherkessia killed there.

The Zelenchuksky District administration named two more servicemen killed in Ukraine, reporting on the transfer of posthumous awards to their relatives.

Umar-Ali Totorkulov and Vitaly Sorokoletov were posthumously awarded the Order of Courage. Totorkulov's award was given to his mother, and Sorokoletov's award was given to his wife, according to a publication on the municipality's official Telegram channel. The biographical data of the officials killed in the message is not provided.
